Ingredients:

1 Fire & Flavor Cedar Plank, soaked
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup olive oil
1 pound salmon fillet, boned
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
2 tablespoons finely chopped scallion

Instructions:

Combine garlic, soy sauce, ginger, parsley, and olive oil in large plastic zip-lock bag. Shake to combine. Cut two lengthwise slits in the salmon fillet with sharp knife, dividing the surface of the salmon into thirds.(Cut to skin but not through it.)
Add salmon to marinade. Marinate in refrigerator for 15 minutes, turning once.
Heat grill to 350-400 degrees, place soaked plank on grill grate, and close lid.
Heat plank for 2-3 minutes, turn plank, and continue heating for an additional 3 minutes.
Remove salmon from marinade; discard marinade and place salmon, skin side
down on hot of plank. Grill salmon, with lid down, approximately 10-15 minutes, or until fish is medium rare. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions.
