How to Shop BigY2GO
Choose your store under the Bigy2GO section on the main page or our Weekly Sale page of BigY.com.
On the landing page of the BigY2GO shopping service, click the “Sign In” link at the top right. Be sure to sign in to see Express Savings Club specials in your cart.
Shop the Weekly Circular
Click the “Sales & Circular” tab at the top right. Click on the page numbers at the top or bottom of the circular to change pages. Click on an item in the circular, and the varieties of the item to choose from will appear in the “Choices” tab on the right.
Shop by Department
Click “Departments” tab at the top, or the link on the left side. Then simply click on the desired department show on the left side links. Select a category. This will then allow you to select your desired sub-category which will then display items in the center panel.
Shop by Search
To search for a product, type a descriptive word or UPC in the “Search” field near the top of the screen and click on the “Go” button.
View Product Details
To view product details, such as nutritional information, move your cursor over the product’s image and click once you can read “Click for Details”.
Add a Product to Your Cart
To purchase a product, simply click on the “Add to Cart” button. This will place the item into your shopping cart, which can be viewed on the right hand side of your screen.
To add a note to your Personal Shopper, click on “Notes” under the item in the cart and type in your info, then click the “Save Note” link.
Choose the Quantity
To change the quantity of the item selected, use the up and down arrows for the product in the virtual shopping cart or type in the desired quantity. Changing the quantity to zero will remove the item from your cart.
Remember, if you purchase any Buy One/Get One FREE or Buy One/Get Two FREE items, please be sure you have ordered in multiples of two or three (depending on the offer) if you would like the free item(s).
Review Your Cart and Submit Your Order
Click on the “Checkout” button in the bottom right of the “My Cart” box or on the link at the top right of the page.
You may change quantities of a specific item right in the “Review Cart” page. You can also add additional notes to your Personal Shopper in the “General Comments/Instructions” box at the bottom of the page.
Once you review your cart and are satisfied with your order, click on “Checkout”.
Choose or confirm your pickup information, click on “Continue”.
Review your order information and click the “Place Order” button.
Your order is not complete until the “Place Order” button is pressed.
After you have placed your order, a confirmation number will appear and an e-mail receipt will be sent.
NOTE: You can return to shopping at any time by clicking the “Back to Shopping” button.
